Now we just wanted to get home. We were trying to get to Utah at least, but we only got as far as Burley, ID. We stopped for gas and dinner at a Perkin's (which was surprisingly familiar to the one Jenn worked at while she was in college in the late 1980s). We didn't have enough energy to get on the road again, so we got a hotel room and crashed for the night.
The sunset behind us was a very welcome sight.
