We soon left Burley in our dust, followed by Utah. We decided to head across Wyoming and go take the Snowy Range Pass Scenic Byway in the Medicine Bow National Forest. The detour was well worth it.
The first weekend of the Colorado State Fair in Pueblo made getting a hotel rather difficult, but we succeeded finally and fell soundly and deeply asleep.
